Legal Consultation
During a consultation session, I get your history and background information about your situation, ask you questions, and hear your story. I explain the different process choices available to you and help you decide the best course of action for you based on your individual circumstances.
This service is available in person or over the telephone and is not affected by geographic location.
I help you see the big picture -- what do you want your life and family situation to look like when your case is done? What kind of relationship do you want with your spouse when your divorce is final? Once I know what is important to you and your family, I help you to strategize and implement a plan to achieve the results you want. Mediation
As a mediator, I work with you and your spouse together as a neutral third party to help you resolve your disputes outside of court. As a mediator, I do not provide legal advice, but simply work with you to facilitate communication and agreement on your important issues.

I represent individual clients in the areas of divorce, custody, support, and division of property. Most of my practice involves the direct representation of clients using the Collaborative process of divorce. When working with clients outside of the collaborative process, I continue to approach my cases with the intention of resolving conflict effectively and efficiently, while saving my clients as much time, money, and stress as possible.
